Tiger 3 teaser: Salman Khan's spy Tiger seeks 'character certificate' from India



Salman Khan is reprising his role as Tiger in the third installment of the popular franchise. The film also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.


The teaser of Tiger 3 was released on Wednesday, and it gives us a glimpse into the world of the Maneesh Sharma directorial. The film is set to be released on Diwali 2023.

The teaser opens with Salman declaring that after 20 years of service to India, he is being called a traitor. He then proceeds to fight dozens of fully armed soldiers.

The teaser also shows Salman jumping from buildings and performing other action stunts. At one point, he says, "As long as Tiger is not dead, he has not lost."

Tiger 3 is the third part of the Tiger franchise and has been directed by Maneesh Sharma and stars Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist. In it, Salman and Katrina will reunite on screen after their 2019 film Bharat.

The film will reportedly also have a cameo featuring Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan, who was seen with Salman Khan's Tiger in Siddharth Anand's blockbuster Pathaan.

After Salman Khan's Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai’s box office success, filmmaker Aditya Chopra, who heads YRF, introduced two more spy agents, Hrithik Roshan (Kabir) in War and Shah Rukh Khan (Pathaan).

The Tiger franchise is one of the most popular franchises in India, and Tiger 3 is one of the most anticipated films of the year.
