It is with great sadness that we inform you about the untimely demise of Jo Lindner, the renowned German bodybuilding influencer, widely recognized as "Joesthetics." Having garnered an impressive following of over 8 million, Jo Lindner's girlfriend, Nicha (@immapeaches), took to social media this weekend to confirm the heartbreaking news.


In a poignant tribute, Nicha expressed that her beloved partner had passed away, having recently complained about discomfort in his neck. Tragically, an aneurysm was revealed to be the cause of this young fitness influencer's demise.


Jo Lindner's final social media post reflected on his personal fitness journey, shedding light on his struggles: "During the year I took a break from everything, I witnessed a decline in my gains. Consequently, I was unable to naturally restore my own testosterone levels, leading me to resume testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)." He emphasized the importance of being aware that TRT may have long-term effects, urging caution and highlighting the significant commitment it entails.
